Shape Shifting- March 2009- Curated by Alice Shay

Right before I relocated to Los Angeles, I participated in a show in Brooklyn at the Division of Human Works. My piece was called "A Caribbean Debutante's Index". It was an installation that explored the legacy of my outspoken late grandmother through video, text, artifacts, and soup. Here are some images of the piece and of the event in general.
